Description
We are now looking for a special educator for our operations at Jämtlands Gymnasium Berg.
The position is a part-time position at 50% starting by agreement. With us, you will have the opportunity to work both with pedagogical support and in the classroom – a role that makes a difference in students' everyday lives, both from an individual and group perspective.
Your future tasks
In your role as a special educator, you will work with students from all grades and collaborate closely with teaching staff to design and follow up on support measures. You are part of the school's student health team, and as a special educator, you play an important role in creating accessible learning.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is a trained special educator – and who is passionate about making a difference. You are a driven, dynamic, and solution-focused person who sees opportunities rather than obstacles.
You have experience working alongside teachers, student health, and school management, and you thrive in a role where collaboration and collegial learning are a natural part of everyday life. We would like you to co-plan with colleagues and actively contribute to the school's operational development at multiple levels.
To succeed in the role, you need a flexible and curious approach, as well as a desire to help develop a smaller upper secondary school in a rural area – which is now part of Sweden's largest upper secondary school federation. Together, we want to create a school that grows, both in quality and attractiveness, for the benefit of students and the municipality.
What can we offer you?
We can offer you a pleasant, modern, and dynamic workplace. You will have a role in a team that supports each other and encourages collegial learning. Like all our employees, you will have access to a variety of employee benefits such as wellness grants and pension advice.
