About the Role

You will identify, contact, and qualify new investors and business partners. You are the first point of contact with Kapita and drive the inflow of business.

The role is phone and digital-based. The pace is fast. The goals are clear. Results are followed up daily.

You will book and coordinate meetings for our sales team and ensure high quality in every contact.

Your Mission

• Actively prospect and identify new potential investors and business partners
• Make first contact via phone, email, and digital channels
• Book, coordinate, and quality assure meetings for our Wealth Management and sales teams
• Present Kapita and our investment opportunities in a businesslike and trustworthy manner
• Build and develop relationships with potential customers
• Document and update all customer dialogues in CRM
• Analyze dialogues, outcomes, and conversion
• Optimize working methods, scripts, and prioritization to maximize completed meetings and business

Profile

Experience in customer contact, sales, or meeting booking is an advantage.

Interest in investments and financial products.

Fluent in Swedish and good English.
