The Role

Lövsta care and nursing home in Heby is expanding its operations and opening a new residence this fall.

We are therefore looking for a licensed nurse who wants to be part of our team. We are looking for someone who is committed, flexible, and confident in their professional role.

As a nurse, you will be responsible for:

• Making medical assessments and follow-ups
• Planning, implementing, and documenting health and medical care interventions
• Collaborating with other professionals in the team
• Supervising and delegating to nursing staff
• Working in a quality system
• Being the responsible nurse for two residences (20 patients) and working closely with two other nursing colleagues in the same facility
• The position involves working daytime hours and every sixth weekend

We are a dedicated and flexible team of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, coordinators, administrators, and rehab assistants who work closely together to achieve the best possible care for our patients. We share our knowledge, support each other, and work without prestige. We appreciate the opportunity to plan and prioritize our care interventions based on the patients' needs.

Our work is conducted in modern and purpose-built facilities at Lövsta care and nursing home. We also have access to a beautiful garden with chickens, a greenhouse, and an outdoor gym.

Is this you?

• You, like us, enjoy mentoring colleagues in health and medical care issues
• You are motivated to help us organize care in the best way for our residents
• You feel confident in your ability to prioritize, lead others, and take responsibility
• Have a Swedish nursing license
• Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Have a B driver's license for manual vehicles
• Have a professional and warm demeanor
• Are responsible and confident in your professional role

It is an advantage if you have professional experience from municipal operations.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
