We are looking for a dedicated and reliable personal assistant for a female client in Lidingö with ALS and a tracheostomy. You are attentive, flexible, and have good teamwork skills. You enjoy working closely with others, are responsible, and respect the client's integrity and right to self-determination.

There is a dog in the home, so you should not be allergic or afraid of dogs. The client has a great interest in boating, books, gardening, nature, and social interaction. She is active and enjoys traveling – therefore, we are looking for someone who appreciates a varied everyday life and sees travel as a positive part of the job.

The position is a longer temporary assignment with a fixed schedule, mainly evenings and awake nights, with the possibility of extension.

You will work together with a colleague (double assistance) and become part of a larger team, where cooperation and good communication are important.

We prefer that you have experience in care or support work, and experience in personal assistance is an advantage.

The client places great importance on personality and chooses her assistants herself.

You will receive introductory shifts, clear routines, and a short training to feel secure in the role.

Working hours: days, evenings, weekends, and awake nights.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
