About the Job
Do you want to create Sweden's best outdoor environments with us? We are now looking for seasonal garden staff who want to create pleasant outdoor spaces for our tenants during the outdoor season from April to September 2026.
With us, you play an important role by contributing to ensuring that our residential areas are always clean, green, and pleasant. At the same time, you build on your own experiences and knowledge. The outdoor environment is an important part of our tenants' living environment, and we at Bostadsbolaget can proudly say that we are really good at it. Our annual tenant survey shows that we have the highest customer ratings for outdoor environments among the large housing companies in Sweden. This is thanks to our qualified and dedicated environmental caretakers.
As a seasonal garden staff member, you will work alongside our employees in one of our residential areas. You will work outdoors maintaining outdoor environments together with an engaged team that makes it safe and pleasant for our tenants. A typical workday may include tasks such as lawn mowing, planting, and weeding. You will also work with waste management and keeping our environmental rooms clean and tidy. While you are on-site in the residential area, you will meet many of our tenants and can communicate clearly and solution-oriented with them.
You will be part of one of our outdoor environment units. In addition to your colleagues in the outdoor environment, you will have close collaboration with other colleagues in your area, such as property managers, property caretakers, and cleaners.
About You
You are an engaged and driven person who takes great personal responsibility in your role and can work independently. You also find it easy to collaborate with others. As a seasonal garden staff member, it is also required that you are social and service-oriented since you will have a lot of contact with tenants.
We want you to have documented experience in similar work and at least one year of education in gardening.
Experience with garden machinery, post-secondary gardening education (two years), and a B driver's license are advantageous.
See our areas here (https://bostadsbolaget.se/vara-omraden/).
Other
We encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible as we will continuously make selections and call for interviews.
