About the position

We are currently expanding our service concept and are therefore looking for new dog groomers. Arken Zoo has top-notch facilities tailored for the business and is directly adjacent to the store, meaning you will have potential customers at your doorstep from day one. Arken Zoo is Sweden's largest pet chain with stores across the country.

We are looking for someone who wants to run their own business as a dog groomer with a franchise concept in a profitable and rapidly growing company. Alternatively, you can work as an employee. The position is located at Arken Zoo's store in Femmanhuset, Gothenburg.

• In the case of a franchise collaboration, you will plan your working hours in consultation with the store manager according to the store's opening hours.

• Compensation according to the company's current collaboration agreement.

• If employed, the position is part-time 20 hours/week, and the final employment level will be determined in dialogue between the employee and the store manager. The employment begins with a 6-month probationary period.

• As an employee, agreements and salary, etc., will be according to the Handels collective agreement.

• Working hours, day and evening according to schedule.

• Start date in March/April

As a trained dog groomer, you will run your own business under a franchise collaboration. Through our franchise concept, you can focus on your profession and let us assist you with many other aspects of running your own business. Whether you are self-employed or employed, you strive for the highest level of profitability, service, and customer satisfaction every day.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a pronounced service person and has a genuine interest in the dog grooming profession.

Requirements: 

• Dog grooming education

Meritorious: 

• Previous work as a dog groomer

• Previous work with customer contact/customer service
