About the organization
The area of Employment and Social Support consists of two units: Social Support and Welfare and Employment Support.

Employment Support will offer summer jobs to youth who will graduate from elementary school and the first year of high school in the summer of 2026 and who are registered residents of Trollhättan.

Job Responsibilities
We are therefore looking for 2 team leaders to supervise 2 summer teams. Each team consists of 7 youths who will work in a 3-week period with a total of 3 groups during weeks 25-33.

As a team leader, you will supervise and motivate the youths for summer jobs, where the tasks primarily involve park maintenance, weeding, cleaning, and maintenance of playgrounds. You will plan and structure the tasks where you are also part of the team and perform the day's work together with the youths.

The teams will operate from a common location and will carry out tasks in the center of Trollhättan. As a team leader, it is important that you are positive, motivating, and clear in your leadership role. It is crucial that you are a good role model as you will likely be the youths' first contact with the working life, and we consider it important that they have a positive experience of working life.

Qualifications
Applicants should have completed upper secondary education, and documented experience in youth work through, for example, community organizations is an advantage.

A B driver's license is required.
