On behalf of our client, we are looking for an engaged and responsible person who wants to work part-time in an established and professional horse business focused on breeding and developing future trotting horses. The client is located in Svenljunga, about 25 minutes from Borås.

The business operates commercially with high demands on quality, structure, and pace. This is not a job for those seeking only a calm and easy-going interaction with horses, but rather a job where precision, responsibility, and efficiency are crucial for everything to function in everyday life.

About the position:

The work includes, among other things:

• Daily care and handling of young horses and breeding horses
• Stable work and maintenance
• Feeding, cleaning, and general order
• Preparations related to breeding and operations
• Contributing to smooth routines and workflows
• The work primarily takes place on weekends, but also on certain weekdays as needed.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has another main occupation of at least 50%
• Has an interest in or experience with horses
• Is hardworking, reliable, and stress-resistant
• Understands that this is a professional business, not a hobby
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment with clear routines
