Your Responsibilities

Do you want to work with world-class animal husbandry and be part of an engaged team? We are now looking for a pig caretaker for the BB department at our client in Skara.

As a pig caretaker, you will work closely with the animals and be an important part of a cohesive team where the group comes before the individual. You will be responsible for tasks related to the BB operations and participate in the daily work with a strong focus on animal welfare.

The working hours are full-time: Monday - Friday from 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM - Weekend work may occur.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with vaccination and castration of pigs
• Is attentive, unpretentious, and has good collaboration skills
• Takes great responsibility and has an interest in good animal husbandry
• Has a good eye for animals and is keen to work efficiently but safely
• Is aware of and meticulous about hygiene and biosecurity routines
• Has a B driver's license and a car (requirement)
