JOB DESCRIPTION

As a supervisor, you will work together with summer youth to go out to our beaches/strands to perform a job or work together with summer youth in our guest harbor.

In our guest harbor, we receive boat guests, assist with docking, take care of trash, and surrounding outdoor environment work.

We are looking for supervisors for beach cleaning, beaches, and guest harbor.

Our employees work in a flexible organization with very varied tasks, and the position suits you who enjoy working with varied tasks outdoors regardless of the weather and are used to working physically.

Varied working hours such as day, evening, and weekend occur according to schedule and mean that you will work a few hours on Midsummer Eve and Midsummer Day.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are used to working independently and enjoy taking your own initiatives and working efficiently. You value good communication and believe that good customer service is a given.

For work with beach cleaning/guest harbor, boat experience is a requirement, and for both beaches and beach cleaning, a B driver's license is also required (for both manual and automatic). Additional requirements for the position are that you speak fluent Swedish and are in good physical shape.
