About the role
As the team leader for the outdoor environment group, you will be responsible for daily operational management as well as coordination and administration. You will be the spider in the web for our customer in the service delivery of outdoor environments. The role is multifaceted with a wide variety of tasks, requiring self-drive, commitment, and decision-making. The role also includes administration, which requires a structured and meticulous approach and the ability to prioritize correctly from a solution-oriented perspective. Additionally, the role involves supporting your team with knowledge and practically performing maintenance as needed. Personal suitability is of great importance.
You will be part of a regional team with supervisors for outdoor services where we have a broad knowledge base and can support each other.
Examples of tasks:
- Coordinate staffing for daily operations
- Participate in scheduling and resource planning
- Collaborate with group managers and other stakeholders to identify and utilize synergies for better cost-effectiveness and improvement
- Manage orders and error reports
- Code invoices and perform billing
- Participate in projects
- Have direct contact with suppliers
- Be the first point of contact for employees regarding operational questions
- Independently initiate, develop, and work on continuous improvements of our service delivery
- Practically demonstrate and perform maintenance in our customer's outdoor environment.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with solid experience in outdoor environments and who thrives in a role where quality, structure, and collaboration are essential parts of everyday life. You have a solid foundation to stand on, take responsibility for your work, and build good relationships with both colleagues and customers. The role suits you if you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and attentive – someone who contributes energy, drive, and a positive attitude even when the pace is high. You work in a structured manner, appreciate order and tidiness, and can easily adapt to changing needs and circumstances.
We see that you have
- High school education and several years of work experience in outdoor environments.
- At least a two-year education in maintenance or another relevant educational background.
- Experience in leading staff.
- Good administrative skills and strong computer skills, especially in Outlook and Excel.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written forms.
- Driving license B

About the position
- Employment type: Permanent position
- Employment rate: Full-time 100%
- Working hours: Monday-Friday 7-16
- Start date: By agreement
- Probationary period: 6 months
