Ale Golf Club is looking for a seasonal greenkeeper for the 2026 season!

Seasonal employment for 8 months from March 23 to November 27

Ale Golf Club is in an exciting phase with good prospects for further development. The club is located in Ale municipality, about 35 minutes north of Gothenburg. The facility consists of a beautiful 18-hole forest/park course and a 9-hole short course. The club conducts training activities year-round.

About the position:

As a greenkeeper at Ale Golf Club, your main task will be to work with your colleagues to be responsible for the care and maintenance of the golf course, its greens, and other areas. You will work with machinery operation and mowing of greens. The position involves scheduled weekend work during the season, and employment lasts from March to November. The position is based on daytime work in all weather conditions. We offer a secure employment with a collective agreement.

Requirements for the position:

• Several years of experience in green maintenance

• Experience driving tractors and various machines

• Proactive and solution-oriented

• Service-oriented and positive attitude

• B driver's license

• Ability to work independently

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience working on a golf course

• Certification for small excavators

• Golfer

• Forestry and chainsaw certification

• Extended B license for heavier trailers
