We are currently looking for Child Supervisors for public operations in Kållered and Mölndal. In this position, you will be responsible for children aged 3–11 years together with a colleague, and the main tasks will include:

• Welcoming the children and registering attendance.
• Ensuring a safe environment for the children and checking that the correct person picks up the child.
• Offering and inviting to play, games, and crafts.
• Preparing materials such as crafts, pens, and paper related to activities.
• Providing and distributing fruit while considering any allergies.

You will always work in pairs with the children. There will be time for planning and preparation before and after the shift.

This is a part-time position where we will receive the need with 10–14 days' notice. Therefore, we see that you have another main occupation and some flexibility in your schedule. You will work approximately 2–4 shifts/month, but this may vary, especially the shifts will mainly be scheduled on Wednesdays. You will start from our client's office in Kållered, and working hours are weekdays between 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The start for this position is immediate or by agreement.

To work with children, a police background check is required. You can apply for this on the police website. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• We see that you who are applying for this position have another main occupation, such as studying. It is advantageous if you are studying to become a childcare worker, preschool teacher, or equivalent.
• You have previous experience working with children and people in a social role. If you have worked in a similar position, this is highly advantageous.
• You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English. Arabic, Dari, Ukrainian, or Russian are highly advantageous.

As a person, we see that you are social, creative, and flexible. You are a calm person who has a good ability to instill confidence in others, and you are not afraid to reach out to either children or parents.
