Job Responsibilities

Our work makes a difference, and we now need you who want to work with cleaning in the Southwest.

In this position, you will work at Uggledal Preschool.

As a cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning in the preschool, and dishwashing may also occur. You will work based on established methods and instructions to ensure quality. The job involves movement and handling of heavy tasks, such as operating machines and unpacking goods. You are meticulous in your work and take responsibility for ensuring that the work is performed according to schedule and frequency. We operate under the principle that employees, children, and the environment should thrive.

We follow established hygiene regulations and provide you with work clothes for a professional impression towards the customer. Since you are our face to the outside world, it is important for the business and a given for you to be a good ambassador for the unit.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have documented experience in cleaning, but this is not a requirement. It is also an advantage if you have SRY training or other vocational training in cleaning that the employer assesses as equivalent. Experience in deep cleaning and floor care is a plus.

As a person, you have a good sense of service. You find it easy to create good relationships and communicate with both colleagues and the organization. You have a very good ability to collaborate with others, but you should also be able to work independently according to work schedules and instructions. You work ergonomically and environmentally consciously and contribute to clean and pleasant premises. It is crucial that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changing conditions at work.

Part of the work as a cleaner involves having contact with the organization and being able to work according to a job description, so it is required that you can express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You also need to have basic IT skills (to handle a smartphone, computer, use personnel systems, and communicate via email with managers, coordinators, and colleagues).
