Team Leader for Housekeeping!

Do you have experience in cleaning and leadership? We are now looking for an engaged Team Leader who wants to create a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests.

Your responsibilities:

As a Housekeeper, you play a key role in our operations. You are responsible for cleaning apartments, service houses, and common areas while leading and motivating the team.

Your main tasks include:

– Planning and distributing tasks such as scheduling, ordering laundry, and cleaning products.

– Leading and motivating staff.

– Local cleaning and apartment cleaning.

– Ensuring that routines are followed and that cleaning meets the highest standards.

– Continuous communication with the reception and other departments for smooth operations.

We are looking for someone who:

– Has worked in hotel cleaning in a leadership role.

– Is meticulous, efficient, and enjoys both operational work and planning.

– Has a flexible attitude and can adapt to changing tasks.

– Can communicate in Swedish and English.

– Has a B driver's license.

Employment conditions

Scope: 100% fixed-term employment during the season, with the possibility of extension.

Working hours: Weekdays and weekends.
