We are now looking for a highly skilled window cleaner who wants to take the next step.

You are not only great at cleaning – you are also confident in customer dialogue, have a business mindset, and understand what it takes to build a strong operation.

This is a role for you who want to combine craftsmanship, customer relations, and development.

Your role

• As Operations and Development Manager for Window Cleaning, you will have overall responsibility in our initiative:
• Be operational in the field and set the standard for quality and safety
• Build structure, working methods, and efficient processes
• Create and develop training concepts for window cleaners
• Ensure a high level of work environment, safety, and quality
• Be a key person in customer relations and dialogue with clients
• Contribute with business thinking, improvements, and growth ideas
• Participate in recruitment and development of the team

You will receive clear guidance, support, and mentorship in leadership and business development – we will build the role together.
