YOUR MISSION Together with your department, you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that the hotel maintains a high standard regarding order & cleanliness. This means ensuring that our guests get a “wow-feeling” when they step into the hotel and their hotel room.

You will develop and be responsible for the housekeeping department. You will staff, recruit, schedule, lead, and distribute tasks as well as conduct cleaning inspections. You will be responsible for all orders to the department and work according to a budget.

Together with your team, you will be involved in developing our sustainability work.

Experience as a cleaning manager/housekeeper is a merit. Perhaps you have cleaned in hotels for many years and are ready for the next step. 📍 You have an eye for quality and details. We work a lot with sustainability, so experience in sustainability work is a great asset.

WE OFFER The position is a mix of cleaning and administration. Working hours: Daytime, weekdays, and weekends. Working hours vary between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Scope: 100%. Permanent employment (6 months probationary period applies). If you have ambitions to develop, you will have the opportunity to grow in your role. Start: Access after agreement. Can be filled before the application deadline. Application deadline: April 12, the position will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: According to collective agreement. Driver's license: Is a requirement and access to a car on weekends.
