Tailored Concept is a company specializing in vehicle logistics and car care, offering solutions tailored to each client's specific needs. With operations across several locations in Sweden, we are now expanding our team in Gothenburg.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Car Care Specialist. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Finalizing new vehicles: Performing exterior and interior cleaning of new cars arriving at the facility before delivery to the end customer.
• Polishing: Removing minor scratches caused by transport, particularly on dark-colored vehicles.
• Washing and reconditioning used vehicles.
• Seasonal tasks such as tire changes and loading wheel sets into vehicles.

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, we expect you to:

• Be responsible and honest – you do not sweep problems or mistakes under the rug.
• Be flexible and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Have a genuine interest in cars and car care.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Hold a valid B-driver's license (mandatory).
• Speak Swedish or English fluently (mandatory).

Previous experience in car care is a plus but not a requirement. The most important qualities for us are your interest and willingness to learn the trade.
