You will be working with cleaning of hotel rooms and public areas in the hotel. We are looking for someone who is polite and friendly, maintains a high service level towards both guests and staff, and works according to the motto "Yes I Can!". Our guests have high demands regarding cleanliness, so we expect you to be meticulous, clean according to our routines, and follow your job description to achieve a high standard of cleanliness and service. Safety is very important to us, and we expect you to have a safety mindset in your work and keep doors locked to guest rooms, storage rooms, and other areas. Thinking about the environment is also important to us, and we expect you to handle materials and cleaning products according to our rules and help us in our environmental work. We would like you to be skilled at communicating in both Swedish and English and feel comfortable interacting with our guests. Your background We want you to have previous experience from cleaning, preferably in the hotel industry. It is important that you are in good enough shape to handle a work shift where you are physically active for most of the day. We believe you are a positive and quality-conscious person who takes pride in a well-done job. As we are a large hotel with a lot to do, it is an advantage if you are stress-resistant, flexible, and good at prioritizing to meet our guests' expectations. About Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel is located at Drottningtorget in central Gothenburg. The hotel has 355 hotel rooms, including 38 suites. The standard rooms are among the largest in Gothenburg, and the hotel's famous Royal Suite measures a full 160 sqm. Many big celebrities have stayed here during their visits to the city. At Radisson Blu Scandinavia, you will find Hagabadet Spa & Yogastudio, two restaurants, large event spaces, shops, as well as a guarded garage with parking service and electric vehicle charging spots. We have a large conference department with 15 meeting rooms, including a large banquet hall with capacity for 480 seated guests.
