Job Description

You will work at various locations throughout the municipality, collaborating with colleagues. Your daily tasks include cleaning floors, walls, and furniture using the "ready-to-mop" cleaning method in the city's facilities (offices, preschools, schools, gymnasiums, etc.).

You choose your own availability for work. You are scheduled via SMS using the booking tool Time Care Pool. As a temporary hourly employee, you can work varying lengths of shifts per day and week, depending on operational needs and regular staff absences. To ensure continuity in our operations, we require you to be available for at least three days a week.

As a cleaner, you are responsible for ensuring our clients receive cleaning services in accordance with cleaning instructions. You will work both independently and in teams. Upon employment, you will undergo an introduction to the cleaning duties and scheduling process.

Qualifications

To work as a temporary hourly cleaner with us, you must:

• Have a valid police record extract for "work in schools or preschools"
• Be able to understand, speak, read, and write Swedish
• Have basic digital skills
• Be at least 18 years old

It is an advantage if you have training in cleaning or experience in cleaning public environments. It is important that you work efficiently under pressure, can balance different demands, and remain calm in difficult situations. You distinguish between matters and personalities, make well-founded decisions under time pressure, and take initiative and responsibility for progress, whether working alone or with others.

You must be able to receive cleaning instructions both in writing and verbally in Swedish. Therefore, as a temporary worker, you must be proficient in Swedish in both speech and writing. You should also be able to prioritize and adapt your working methods to the needs of the operation.
