Ågrenska is a unique, developmental meeting place and a national competence centre for rare diagnoses. We operate from a holistic perspective for children, young people and adults with disabilities, their relatives, and professionals. Ågrenska is located in a beautiful natural setting on Lilla Amundön, 1.5 miles south of Gothenburg, and is owned by the Ågrenska Foundation, a non-profit organization. In addition to short-term stays and day activities, Ågrenska also runs family operations, adult operations, personal assistance, family support, as well as courses and training.

Cleaning is an important part of the whole at Ågrenska. Through your work, you contribute to our guests feeling welcome and secure during their stay with us. We are now looking for an engaged cleaner who wants to become part of our service team and make a difference every day.

About the position

Ågrenska is a large operation with many different types of buildings, both older and newly built. Here there is a homely environment where families, children and young people live during their stays with us.

As a cleaner, you work close to our operations and are responsible for cleaning, among other things:

• residential rooms
• school classrooms
• playrooms
• common areas
• toilets
• offices
• staff rooms

The work includes both manual and machine cleaning. The position also includes ordering consumables and handling laundry.

You will become part of our service team where we value good cooperation, communication, and a professional attitude towards both guests and colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who enjoy providing good service and are proud to deliver work of high quality.

You also have:

• good experience in cleaning, at least two years
• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• are meticulous, responsible and quality-conscious
• are flexible and adapt easily when the needs of the operation change
• enjoy working both independently and together with others
• have a friendly and service-oriented attitude
• have good physical fitness as the work is sometimes physically demanding

SRY training or equivalent is meritorious.
