We are currently looking for a babysitter for a family in Björkö, in the northern archipelago of Gothenburg.

NPF Barnvakten offers childcare services to families with children who have Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NPF).

NPF stands for Neurodevelopmental Disorders. Common diagnoses within this field include ADHD, Autism, ADD, Asperger's Syndrome (AST), Tourette's Syndrome, and Speech Disorders. Our goal is to help as many people with special needs as possible. Therefore, all our babysitters undergo internal training regarding NPF before starting their first assignment. The Assignment:

• Number of children and age: 1 child, 7 years old
• Days and times: Approx. 25 hours/week during weeks 28–31
• Desired start date: Immediately
• Location: Björkö, northern archipelago of Gothenburg
• Setting: Childcare takes place at the family's home or in a nearby park.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with children, preferably with NPF diagnoses (ADHD, Autism, Intellectual Disability, or similar).
• Has experience with low-affective interaction and clear/structured pedagogy.
• Is responsible and has a genuine interest in children.
• Wants a developing and rewarding side job.
• Is pedagogical, secure, and calm.

Merits: Driver's license and experience with visual supports/TAKK.

Tasks:

The tasks vary depending on the family's needs. Typical duties may include:

• Pick-up from preschool/school.
• Planning and conducting activities at and outside the home.
• Providing support during excursions.
• Preparing simple meals.
• Overnight care.
• Activation, socialization, and respite care.
