About the assignment

A family in Mölndal is seeking help with childcare 1-2 times a month during weekends for their 7-year-old son.

Since being a babysitter is a side job, we would prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job. To ensure a long-term relationship, we want you to have a reasonable commute to the family (we usually think around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competency profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.

Upon employment as a babysitter with us, we require a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record).
