Team Leader/Foreman in Cleaning Services – On-Call Position
We are looking for an engaged and responsible Team Leader/Foreman in Cleaning Services for an on-call position.
In this role, you will lead and support our cleaning teams while ensuring that the work maintains high quality standards. You will work both operationally on-site with clients and be responsible for planning and monitoring daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and distribute tasks within our cleaning teams.
- Perform move-out cleaning and office cleaning.
- Ensure cleaning is performed according to our quality requirements.
- Manage checklists and quality control.
- Introduce and support employees in their daily work.
- Serve as a positive role model and contribute to good teamwork.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in cleaning services, preferably in move-out and office cleaning.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead others.
- Fluent in Swedish (reading and writing).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and service-minded.
- Flexible availability when needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
- Access to a personal vehicle.
- Good proficiency in Swedish.
