About the role

We are now looking for an experienced specialist cleaner to join our established special team. The position involves working on qualified one-off assignments that require documented professional experience, high independence, and a very good understanding of various cleaning methods, materials, and environments.

The special team handles assignments that deviate from regular cleaning and are often time-critical, technically demanding, and quality-sensitive. The work places high demands on accuracy, planning ability, and professional skill, as the results are often checked by the client, property owner, builder, or final inspection.

Responsibilities

The work in the special team primarily includes one-off assignments, such as:

· Move-out cleaning of residential and commercial premises, including cleaning according to established checklists and quality requirements

· Construction cleaning, both rough and fine cleaning, after new production, renovations, and conversions

· Deep cleaning of premises with special needs, such as offices, schools, industries, and public environments

· Floor care, such as machine cleaning, polishing treatment, and other floor-related interventions

· Window cleaning in various environments and heights

Other special assignments that require adapted methods and equipment

The work is performed both independently and in smaller teams. You will be expected to take responsibility for the entire assignment – from preparation and planning to execution and final inspection with the client.

Requirements for competence and experience

The position requires previous experience in specialist cleaning and one-off assignments. The role cannot be learned from scratch and requires that you already have practical professional knowledge in several of the areas mentioned above.

To perform the work in a qualitative and efficient manner, the following is required:

• Documented experience in move-out cleaning, construction cleaning, floor care, and/or window cleaning
• Ability to work in a structured and methodical way even under time pressure
• Good understanding of various materials, surfaces, chemicals, and machines
• Ability to independently assess work effort, method selection, and time consumption
• Experience working in environments where the final result is checked through inspections or quality controls
