As a team leader in industrial decontamination at BUCHEN, you can expect a varied and exciting job in a fast-paced environment. No day is the same, and problem-solving is a significant part of the job. The work of industrial decontaminators involves cleaning technical equipment for our clients. This can be within manufacturing, energy production, construction, municipal operations, civil engineering, or property management. We use modern equipment, including vacuum trucks, high-pressure pumps, jetting vehicles, and ice/sandblasting equipment. Currently, five competent and dedicated industrial decontaminators work at our unit at the client's site in Gothenburg, which you will lead.

As a team leader, you are responsible for:

• Daily management and follow-up of operational activities.

• Planning and estimating assignments together with the unit's management.

• Personnel responsibility, including salary and employee discussions.

• Customer contact.

• Administrative tasks such as invoicing, time reporting, and quoting.

• Ensuring that work is conducted with safety as a priority.

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced leader who is responsible, flexible, skilled at prioritizing, and can make independent decisions in stressful situations. You will have daily contact with the customer, which requires you to be service-oriented and always professional.

We want you to have:

• Several years of experience in leadership.

• Experience from industry/service.

• Familiarity with managing multiple parallel projects.

• Experience and very good knowledge in administration.

• A valid driver's license (B).

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• A commercial driver's license (C).

• BAM training.

Other

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probation period. Working hours are primarily during the day, Monday to Friday, but on-call work and work during inconvenient hours may occur. The place of employment is at our client's site in the Gothenburg area but may also involve travel to other locations. As an employee at BUCHEN, you will receive fair conditions.
