What you do The job as a specialist technician involves days filled with professional customer interaction and service. You visit several customers every day. Through good behavior and high-class service, you build relationships with customers while your expertise and professionalism solve their problems.

The role requires you to be responsible and have a curiosity that constantly seeks a solution for the customer. Whether it involves researching an unusual insect, consulting an expert colleague, or figuring out how a complicated building structure fits together.

The specialist technician is the bridge between technical analysis, physical craftsmanship, and proactive sales. You own your assignments from the first inspection to the final report. You understand the importance of creating and maintaining customer relationships for quality work.

Our technicians often work independently, but we value teamwork and understand that we achieve the most, work the safest, and have the most fun when we support each other. You have daily contact with your colleagues in Pest Control, Food Safety, and Fire Safety. Even though you spend a lot of time out with customers and in the car, some administrative work in the form of documentation and protocols is also included.

As a specialist technician, you will primarily work with:

• Customer visits, sales, and service

• Calculating jobs, presenting proposals/solutions and results to the customer

• Planning and executing advanced bird-proofing and rodent-proofing

• Conducting complex investigations and sanitations for pest problems

• Documentation and protocols

Good to know

• We apply a six-month probationary period for all positions

• The office is located in Skövde, but your work area includes all of Västra Götaland

• You will work from home
