About the Organization

At Högsbo Hospital and Högsbo Local Hospital, we work with services that create a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.

With us, quality, care, and good service are a natural part of everyday life. You will be part of an engaged team of 15 colleagues who together ensure that operations run smoothly - always focusing on people's needs and a high level of service.

About the Job

As a cleaner with us, you will work at both Högsbo Local Hospital and Högsbo Hospital. The role involves varied tasks within both cleaning and patient-related services. You will, among other things:

• perform cleaning in a hospital environment
• work with final and interim cleaning
• make beds and perform other patient-related service tasks
• handle simpler kitchen tasks such as emptying the dishwasher and making coffee

The work is done both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. With us, there is also an opportunity to develop and broaden your skills by trying more processes within the organization.

About You

To be suitable for the position, you are service-oriented, have a good attitude, and enjoy helping others. You find it easy to collaborate and do not hesitate to assist your colleagues when needed.

You have an education at the elementary school level and possess basic IT skills; you can use a smartphone, tablet, email, and search for information online without any problems. Your knowledge of the Swedish language is good; you can communicate with others and understand both verbal and written instructions. You have the physical ability required to walk and stand throughout the workday, lift heavy objects, or perform repetitive tasks.

Previous experience in service, preferably in cleaning and in a hospital environment, is an advantage.
