You are an experienced supervisor who enjoys leading a team where service spirit and collaboration are at the core. In the role of Operational Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to shape the business through your leadership.

Your main area of responsibility is to ensure daily operations, and you will be responsible for being in contact with customers in consultation with the operations manager. You play an important role in maintaining our operational standards, which also includes conducting internal training.

Your tasks

- Responsible for daily operations and ensuring they are efficient and trouble-free. Always the right person in the right place.

- Maintain a high level of service and quality.

- Create a positive work environment for our employees.

- Regularly report to the operations manager on the progress of the business.

- Step in as a substitute and perform cleaning work as needed.

- The supervisor is responsible for all staff associated with the assigned customers. This includes leading, distributing work, and following up on staff's tasks as well as their development and needs.
