🏡 Extra Work in Härryda/Landvetter – Perfect for those with flexible days!

Are you available one to several days a week and looking for a pleasant part-time job in Härryda?

We are looking for someone to help prepare a popular Airbnb accommodation between guest turnovers – a varied and independent task where you ensure the house is clean, made up, and ready for the next visitor.

Workflow

You will be on site shortly after guests have checked out, usually a short while after 11:00 AM. You then prepare the accommodation for the next check-in, which normally takes place at 3:00 PM.

For this assignment, you need a driver's license and access to a car, as the property is located about 3 km from the nearest major road – unless you live nearby and can easily get there by other means.

The preparatory work involves going through all surfaces to ensure the accommodation is clean and in order. You change the bed linens, make the beds, and ensure everything looks fresh for the next guest.

Guests usually leave the accommodation in good condition, as it is part of the house rules – but all surfaces still need to be cleaned.

Guests check in themselves.

The most common guests are middle-aged couples.

Work Occasions

During the winter half-year, this involves about 2–3 work sessions per week (on varying days), with a work effort of 3–4 hours per session. During the summer half-year, it is about 1–2 sessions per week, usually on Sundays.

You need to be flexible with working hours, but it is not required that you can work every time – shifts are planned by mutual agreement.

The House

It is a smaller house of 50 m² with a lake plot and jacuzzi, where guests also have access to a boat, canoe, and paddle boat.
