The castle is a state-owned historical monument and one of Sweden's best-preserved buildings from the Swedish Age of Greatness. Job Description

We hope you want to be part of the development of our destination!

We are looking for dedicated employees to join our cleaning and maintenance team. With great care, we maintain all premises on the site. Our environments include Naturum Vänerskärgården - Victoriahuset, which houses 15 hotel-standard rooms, as well as other buildings on the site such as Café Stallet, Läckö Castle, and the maintenance of environments at our campsite and guest harbor.

The positions cover the period from May to September, with the possibility of extra work during the pre- and post-season.

As part of the cleaning team, we consider it an asset to be meticulous, good at noticing details, and have strong teamwork skills. We take it for granted that you contribute to creating job satisfaction and maintain a positive attitude.

The position includes the following tasks:

• Cleaning and tidying of our hotel rooms, premises, outdoor areas, as well as shower rooms and toilets.
• You are expected to be meticulous and efficient.
• You work effectively at a high pace and deliver quality, even under time pressure.
• You contribute to a positive team spirit and are solution-oriented.
• It is important to be able to collaborate well and communicate without egoism with others to ensure a good working environment.

Weekend work is included, as the operation is open 7 days a week.

We are primarily looking for candidates who are at least 18 years old and hold an AM (moped) and/or B (car) driver's license.
