GrebbestadFjorden is located in the heart of Bohuslän just a few minutes' walk from the popular Grebbestadbryggan, cliffs, and salty baths. We are now looking for a proactive and dedicated Housekeeping and Breakfast Manager who, like us, is driven by satisfied guests. The position is full-time and suits you who thrive in an operational leadership role where service, quality, responsibility, and teamwork are in focus.

About the position

In the role of Housekeeping and Breakfast Manager, you will be responsible for quality, staff, and daily operations. You will work operationally alongside your team members in both cleaning and breakfast service, as we believe this is how our guests receive a truly great experience – from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

- Staff responsibility within housekeeping and breakfast for both year-round and seasonal employees

- Quality assurance of arrival rooms and service buildings

- Operational work with cleaning of rooms, common areas, cabins, and service buildings

- Deep cleaning during periods of lower occupancy

- Breakfast and conference responsibility with planning and execution during pre- and post-season

- Ensure routines, workflows, and high service levels

- General administrative tasks such as orders, schedule planning, etc.

- Be flexible and take responsibility where needed in daily operations

Requirements

- Previous experience in a responsible role

- At least 3 years of experience in hotel cleaning or equivalent

- Very good collaboration skills and sense of responsibility

- Very good Swedish in both speech and writing

Meritorious

- Experience in cleaning and preferably in service buildings at campsites

- Staff responsibility and quality work

- Experience in breakfast service
