Renova is Looking for Employees

Renova is looking for customer-focused employees who want to work part-time at our recycling centers in Kungälv and Stenungsund.

Job Responsibilities

As an employee at our recycling center, you will have a varied job alongside friendly colleagues. The role means you are Renova's face to the public in waste management. Our customers should always feel secure knowing that we handle their waste in the best possible way for the environment.

The job involves active customer interaction as well as performing the operation and maintenance of the facilities in an efficient, economically viable, and environmentally sound manner. Since the customer is the focus at our recycling centers, it is important that you provide a good reception. Through guidance and information, the customer learns more about recycling when they leave the facility.

The work mainly takes place outdoors, and some administrative tasks are performed in an office environment. Working hours mainly include weekends, but weekdays may occur.

Renova's waste management is in constant development, and you will be part of that development if you work with us. Initially, all new employees receive a comprehensive introduction program that includes various training sessions. Through a participatory working method, you have the opportunity to learn more and more.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic IT knowledge
Good physical condition
Driver's license (B)
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Experience in similar tasks is an advantage
Experience in service and informative work is an advantage
Forklift and wheel loader licenses are an advantage

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and relationship-building, as a large part of the role involves providing our customers with the best possible experience and building long-term relationships. You meet people in an open and positive way and create trust in every contact.

You need to be collaborative, as we work closely together in teams and often solve tasks together. Your ability to communicate and collaborate contributes to a positive work environment and effective cooperation across departmental boundaries.

The role also requires flexibility. Some periods are more intense, while others are quieter, and you are expected to be able to shift focus and take the initiative for other tasks that develop both you and the organization.

We also value that you are responsible and structured. You take ownership of your tasks, ensure they are completed, and contribute to the organization's development through continuous improvements.
