About the position

We are looking for a meticulous and responsible part-time cleaner (20 hours per week) for our preschool in Guldheden – The International Preschool AB. Working hours are 4 hours a day, and work takes place within the preschool's regular opening hours.

In this role, you will contribute to a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for both children and staff. You will work closely with the preschool team and adhere to the hygiene requirements applicable in preschool operations.

Please note that references will be requested and that a criminal record check is required upon application.

Requirements: education in cleaning or equivalent vocational training.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of classrooms, corridors, toilets, and common areas
• Disinfection of surfaces used by children and staff
• Reporting any damages or maintenance needs
• Collaboration with staff to maintain a safe environment
• A detailed job description and schedule will be provided upon hiring

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, preferably from preschools, schools, or other environments with high hygiene standards
• Good understanding of hygiene routines and infection control in child care
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Meticulous, methodical, and reliable
• Friendly, respectful, and helpful attitude
• Basic proficiency in Swedish or English, both spoken and written (preferably both)
• Requirements: education in cleaning or equivalent vocational training
