RA Hospitality is now looking for a cleaning supervisor for one of our hotel contracts in Skövde, starting no earlier than February 16th.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in room cleaning and housekeeping in hotels in Sweden

• Is inspiring, enthusiastic, and quality-oriented

• Has an eye for detail

• Has positive leadership and a sense of responsibility

• Loves to develop and coach employees

• Can speak and write in Swedish and English

We offer you:

• Salary according to collective agreement

• 75% whereof 50% as a supervisor

• The work is scheduled during weekdays and weekends

Job responsibilities:

• Cleaning of rooms and public areas

• Planning and scheduling of staff

• Leading and developing cleaning staff

• Maintaining a quality level that complies with the hotel's guidelines

• Responsible for results

• Room inspections
