Job Advertisement: Team Leader for Train Operations

This is the job where no two days are alike. You will work evenings and nights in one of the most important functions of Swedish infrastructure; ensuring high-quality rail traffic.

In the train operations in Skövde and surrounding areas, you will be involved in cleaning trains and other service tasks while leading and engaging employees in daily work. Our services include cleaning, sanitation, emptying, and printing.

You will be part of a team of 20 dedicated and loyal individuals who contribute high-quality service across four locations; Skövde, Falköping, Lidköping, and Mariestad. As a team leader with us, you will combine operational work with responsibility for your team. Together, you will deliver high-quality service to create a safe, clean, and healthy environment for travelers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform service tasks on trains together with your team including cleaning, emptying & printing
• Carry out tasks in accordance with laws, collective agreements, company policies, guidelines, ethical principles, and values
• Daily planning and distribution of tasks
• Introduce new staff and substitutes as agreed with the nearest manager
• Maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues
• Conduct quality checks and ensure quality goals are met in the area.
• Handle feedback and complaints quickly and accurately

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Driving license B and access to your own car due to the geographical spread of the assignment
• Good computer skills
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Structured & solution-oriented
• Flexible, self-driven, and service-oriented
• A positive team player who enjoys a role with both practical and administrative components
• Responsible, meticulous, and collaborative.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Training in SRY, PRYL, or equivalent
• Experience in professional cleaning or similar service occupation
• Experience in team leadership, preferably within cleaning or service
• Experience working in the Quinyx system

About the Position

Permanent employment, mixed working hours mainly during evenings and nights, occasional day shifts may occur.
