About the Role:
At Lilla Brattön, housekeeping is the heart of the guest experience. As part of our housekeeping team, you are one of the key individuals ensuring that our guests feel welcome, cared for, and have an unforgettable stay. You create the clean, safe, and inviting environment that forms the basis of the entire experience on the island.
You work closely with a dedicated team and report to the housekeeping manager, and together you ensure a high standard throughout the season.
Responsibilities:
• Cleaning cabins, common areas, and facilities
• Restocking supplies
• Assisting in preparing the facility for guest changes and new arrivals
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualifications:
• Experience in cleaning, facility management, or hotel cleaning is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and thorough
• Good service sense and ability to work independently
• Flexible and enjoys a varied pace
• Proficient in Swedish and English
• Driver's license B
