Job Responsibilities

GS Trafikantservice AB offers services in the public transport sector to facilitate travel, increase traffic revenues, and contribute to greater comfort and safety. Trafficantservice consists of three units with different assignments.

As maintenance personnel in Hållplatsservice, you will be part of a team working with the operation and maintenance of Västfastighets stops, terminals, and stations. You are responsible for maintaining and improving quality. In addition to working on fault reports, continuous inspections are carried out at established intervals to detect vandalism.

Primarily, we are looking for employees for two different assignments;

For the assignment Supervision, your tasks will include cleaning, emptying trash bins, graffiti removal, repairs, setting up and taking down informational materials, and ordering materials that need to be replaced. Working hours are mainly daytime, Monday to Thursday 06:30-15:10 and Friday 06:30-14:20.

For the assignment Washing, your tasks will include washing weather protection at tram/bus stops and train stations. Working hours are daytime 06:30-15:10, Friday 06:30-14:20, or evening Monday to Thursday 15:00-22:00 and Friday 14:00-21:00.

Weekend work may occur.

We are looking for someone who is self-driven and proactive in their daily work. You are responsible, helpful, and accustomed to working independently outdoors. You work carefully, methodically, and have great patience. You are a team player with a holistic view of the company's operations and find it easy to collaborate.

You will be part of our resource pool as a paid hourly employee. We are looking for someone who wants a temporary position that can be extended and increased to part-time or full-time work during certain periods.

Qualifications

• Experience working systematically, carefully, and methodically
• Experience in physical outdoor work
• High sense of responsibility, order, and tidiness
• Experience in independent work as well as good collaboration skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver's license B, and driving experience in city traffic
• Good general health as heavy lifting is involved
• Computer and system proficiency
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language

Meritorious

• Experience in graffiti removal
• Experience in repair work
