As a leader with us, you will work varied shifts and weekends as part of the team, while assisting our store manager in daily operations. We are now looking for you who want to take the next step in your career - as an assistant store manager with us at Circle K Kungsgatan in Hudiksvall. The station has a strong focus on food and car washes but above all on world-class customer interactions! The position is full-time and permanent with an initial six-month probationary period. The station is open 24/7, and the schedule for this position is rolling over three weeks with shifts scheduled for days, evenings, and every third weekend. In this role, you combine service and leadership and are an important part of the daily operations alongside the store manager. As part of your development, you will have the opportunity to participate in Circle K's nine-month certification program where you will strengthen your leadership and business understanding, with the goal of eventually taking on the role of our next store manager.
