We are looking for a driven and meticulous administrator for a consulting assignment at Stena Recycling in Gothenburg, where you will be an important part of an engaged team handling the company's largest clients and projects.

About the role at Business Support

In the Business Support department, you will be part of a wonderful team of eight people where team spirit is high. You will primarily work administratively, which includes ensuring that the correct information about Stena Recycling's customers and businesses is transferred between systems, updating data for migration, etc. Examples of tasks:

* Manage and update customer information in systems.

* Assist the team in keeping track of important documents and flows.

* Handle data flows from internal systems to Excel.

* Support the department with various administrative tasks.

The person we are looking for

We are looking for you, a positive team player who is meticulous and analytical and has a strong ability to handle large amounts of data efficiently. Accuracy and quality are crucial for you in your daily work. To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

* Documented experience in handling large datasets in Excel.

* Preferably knowledge of SharePoint.

* A structured and careful working method.

* Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
