Are you perhaps the IAM/Identity Specialist we are looking for? We are seeking an IAM specialist who finds well-functioning lifecycles, clear roles, and automated flows as satisfying as a completely clean access list.

As an IAM Specialist at B3 Cloud, you will be the spider in the web connecting security, user experience, and business needs. You will work on analyzing processes, designing solutions, and implementing identity and access flows that are both secure and efficient in cloud environments. In this role, you will combine technology, consulting, and process improvement to create sustainable IAM solutions for our clients.

You will, among other things:

·      Implement and further develop IAM solutions in environments with Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory

·      Participate in projects where you create scalable, secure, and efficient identity and access flows.

·      Optimize security and user experience through improved processes and automated solutions.

·      Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

·      Document environments, processes, and incidents to create clear structure and knowledge sharing.

·      Provide advice to clients on identity strategy, security, and best practices.

We are looking for someone who:

·      Has 5 years of experience working with IAM implementation and automation

·      Has broad knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365

·      Is customer-focused, solution-oriented, and takes initiative to improve and develop processes.

·      Thrives in a work environment characterized by community, simplicity, and entrepreneurship.

·      Can speak and write fluent Swedish as it is required in daily work
