About the Position

Do you want to work in a centrally located workplace with appealing premises, in a diverse and forward-thinking team? Do you also have a background in customer service, property management, or technology and are ready for the next step? Then we have an assignment for you. We are currently looking for a full-time Technical Customer Coordinator for Göteborg Energi.

In this unit within customer service, you will work as a Technical Customer Coordinator. The tasks are varied, and we receive all kinds of inquiries related to technical support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • receiving and handling fault reports
  • fault rectification
  • appointment scheduling
  • technical support within our various product areas

The role is responsible for generally answering questions about the company's products/services both by phone and in internal case management systems. This means you will handle/resolve and be responsible for customer cases to ensure and enhance customer satisfaction.

Start: immediately
Working Hours: 3-shift, work shifts can be scheduled both weekdays and weekends. Working hours vary from daytime, evening, and night.

Who Are You?

No technical background is required to succeed in this position. We have the expertise and will provide you with a long introduction. What you need to be is curious! With us in technical support, you will learn all sorts of exciting things about customer management and electrical networks.

We are looking for someone who…

  • works well with others
  • is comfortable taking initiative, improvising, and prioritizing
  • has a natural customer focus and wants to complete your cases with a satisfied customer as the result
  • has a three-year high school education or equivalent

It is a plus if you…

  • have previously worked with customer management, e.g., technical support, customer service, or another service profession with a strong customer focus

In addition, you need to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English, as well as have a very good habit of working on a computer and in various data systems. If you also master a third language in addition to Swedish and English, it is an advantage.

Working hours may vary, and opening hours are 24/7 year-round. Three shifts are applicable for this position, and on-call duty may occur.
