About the role As the IT Manager at Älvstranden Utveckling, you have overall responsibility for the company's IT environment, system support, and digital development. The role combines strategic responsibility with operational work and means that you act as the link between the business, technology, and our external suppliers.

You have a collective responsibility to ensure that the IT environment, systems, suppliers, and digital initiatives are interconnected and support the company's long-term goals. You work closely with the business to understand needs, develop processes, and ensure that their systems and digital solutions truly create value, both internally and for all tenants. The role also involves close collaboration with the system manager and cooperation with the city's overarching IT function.

Your mission In this role, you are responsible for developing and streamlining IT support in areas such as property development, management, finance, operations, and customer management. You drive and participate in digitization and change projects, such as the implementation and further development of property systems, GIS, case management, and other mission-critical systems.

You act as a requirements setter towards suppliers and IT partners, follow up on contracts and SLAs, and initiate procurements as needed. An important part of the mission is also to lead change through training, communication, and follow-up, so that new workflows and systems have a real impact in the organization.

Furthermore, you contribute to the development of tenants' customer journeys and digital services, where AI and data-driven approaches are seen as natural tools for the future.

Who are you? We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a broad IT role, preferably as an IT Manager, IT Coordinator, or Business Developer with a strong IT foundation. You are used to working closely with the business, driving change, and taking responsibility for the whole, from strategy to implementation. You have good experience with IT and business systems, preferably within property management, such as property systems, GIS, financial systems, and Microsoft 365. You have an analytical mindset, understand business and finance, and are comfortable setting requirements and collaborating with both internal and external parties. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and pedagogical. You find it easy to build trust, create relationships, and engage people in change. You thrive in a role where you can combine technology, business development, and social benefit.

Education and experience You have a relevant higher education, such as in system science, business development, or property management, and at least five years of experience in a similar role.
