The operational support in the Community Building Sector is tasked with supporting the sector in operational development and GIS. The operation consists of two units and a total of 18 employees and has a wide range of assignments.
We are now looking for an employee for a combined position as a system administrator for our project tool Antura and as an investigator with a focus on statistics.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The position entails having a cross-departmental statistical responsibility and supporting the sectors by producing statistical data, interpreting, processing, and analyzing statistical information.
Working cross-departmentally means you will collaborate with managers and employees in several of the municipality's operational areas such as urban planning, property, education, support and care, as well as culture and leisure. An important part of your duties is the responsibility to collaborate with key functions to produce the municipality's population and housing forecasts and related reporting to management, politics, and relevant operations.
The sector uses the project tool Antura, which is a comprehensive solution for project, portfolio, and resource management. The position entails responsibility for the management and development of the project's tool functionality and operation. The assignment means you are responsible for ensuring the system works in everyday life while also improving and developing the system together with users and suppliers. Your tasks include capturing user requests and needs for requirements specification to the supplier, planning and ordering changes and upgrades, providing ongoing support for users including training new users, and keeping user documentation updated.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a relevant university or college education.
You have knowledge of compiling, processing, and presenting statistics.
You have previously worked as a system administrator or in a comparable role and have experience with Antura or similar project tools.
It is advantageous if you have had assignments related to community building issues.
We are looking for someone who is analytical, meticulous, and pedagogical. As a person, we seek someone who is collaborative and service-oriented, and to be successful in the role, you need to have good communication skills.
