IT Solution Manager – Lease/UPM at Newsec

We are looking for an IT Solution Manager within Lease/UPM who wants to take a central role in developing and managing business-critical applications that are essential for our operations. In this role, you will serve as an important bridge between business, IT, and external vendors, capturing needs and translating them into smart, sustainable technical solutions.

About the position

As IT Solution Manager Lease/UPM, you will be a key person in our Digital Business Solutions team within the Property Asset Management business area. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and future-proofing our business-critical applications, focusing on Unit4 Property Management (UPM). You will work closely with the business, vendors, and internal stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions. The role is senior and involves both strategic and operational responsibilities, from requirements gathering and vendor management to project management and technical consultancy.

Your main tasks include

• Management and development of UPM and surrounding systems
• Requirements gathering and dialogue with the business
• Acting as a technical advisor and participating in strategic forums for system management
• Responsible for roadmap, budget tracking, and delivery
• Participating in and driving projects, 3rd line support, and problem-solving
• Creating roadmaps for systems and processes
• Change management and test management

Your profile

• University degree in IT/system science or equivalent
• Experience with Unit4 Property Management (UPM) or similar systems within property management
• Experience in requirements work, vendor management, project management, and system management
• Fluent in Swedish and English
