We are now looking for a senior full-stack developer for a key role in a small but rapidly growing SaaS company. You will work on the further development and modernization of an existing system within the construction and civil engineering industry. The platform is used for data collection, documentation, and follow-up, with a particular focus on foundation work.

Today, the company consists of a small and experienced team of about 4-5 people. In this role, you will initially be the sole technical responsible for the project and will play a central role in shaping the technical choices.

About the role

-Drive redesign and further development of an existing system

-Work broadly with both frontend and backend in a modern technical environment

-Make decisions regarding architecture, technology choices, structure, and working methods

-Collaborate closely with the business to understand needs and translate them into robust, long-term solutions

We are looking for someone who:

-Has solid experience as a full-stack developer

-Enjoys working independently and taking significant personal responsibility

-Has a good understanding of system architecture and writes maintainable code

-Is solution-oriented and appreciates a small organization with short decision-making paths

-Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written (requirement)

The programming language is not the most important – we primarily value your experience, your holistic perspective, and your ability to drive a project from idea to a stable and manageable product.

The company has an office in Högsbo, Gothenburg, and the work is primarily performed on-site at the company's office.
