We are looking for a senior Test Manager with a focus on performance testing for a business-critical and high-priority transformation program within the industrial and recycling sector. You will be a central part of the modernization effort where a new logistics and business system is being implemented to future-proof the operations and enable more sustainable, circular business models.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating performance tests throughout the entire testing lifecycle. The assignment combines a clear coordinating responsibility with an operational, hands-on role where you will contribute to automation efforts together with another Test Manager and an external supplier.

• Lead and coordinate performance testing within the program
• Drive requirements analysis for performance testing, including identifying, documenting, and prioritizing performance requirements
• Analyze test results and produce decision-making materials in the form of test reports with outcomes, risks, and recommended actions
• Participate operationally in test automation by updating and ensuring the quality of test cases
• Analyze automated test results
• Identify improvement needs in test cases and test scripts
• Contribute as needed in other testing activities such as planning, coordination, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of testing processes and methods

• Documented and solid experience in testing and test management in complex IT environments
• Experience in leading and coordinating testing activities in larger projects or programs
• Practical experience with Azure DevOps for test management, issue tracking, and reporting
• Experience in automating test cases, including updating, maintaining, and analyzing automated tests and test scripts
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally
• Independent and proactive working style with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive improvement efforts
