On behalf of our client, we are looking for an IT and Digitalization Strategist focused on hosting platforms. The assignment involves leading and coordinating change efforts in complex IT environments with a focus on digitalization, modernization, and common working methods. The role includes analyzing deliveries, dependencies, capacity, and working methods between different units, as well as driving forward common structures for more flexible resource utilization. The consultant will lead the work to establish virtual teams across organizational boundaries and ensure transparency in delivery capability through clear models, methods, and follow-up.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Experience in the public sector
• Methodical ability to structure assignments, establish working methods, and ensure continuous progress
• Documented experience working as a Transition Lead in larger or complex IT environments
• Ability to develop metrics, follow-up, and measurement points to track how working methods evolve over time
• Experience facilitating workshops, identifying dependencies, and creating common goals across different technology areas
• Experience in digitalization and modernization in infrastructural environments, such as hybrid clouds, data centers, and platform and container solutions
• Previous experience in a managerial role
• Proven ability to lead cross-organizational collaboration assignments involving multiple line organizations
• Experience building scalable structures that can be implemented in various parts of an organization
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form, including the ability to visualize complex information
• At least five years of experience in change management within IT organizations
• Experience in process development and implementation in technically complex operations
• Experience working in stakeholder environments with multiple decision-making levels and political considerations
