We are looking for a senior systems engineer who wants to work broadly across various industries and take technical overall responsibility in customer-oriented development projects. You have a strong systems thinking and are responsible for system architecture, requirements work, and risk analyses, as well as acting as a technical cohesive link between the customer and the development team.

The role is technical and systems-oriented – not a pure project management role – where you combine overall system understanding with the ability to delve into details within hardware and/or software.

Your technical background

• Master's or bachelor's degree in electronics, embedded systems, or equivalent.

• Senior experience in developing complex technical systems and participating in large-scale development projects.

• Accustomed to driving technical issues, making technical choices, and contributing to structure, quality, and progress.

• Good understanding of the interplay between hardware and software.

• Experience in electronics design, embedded systems, and/or programming in C/C++.

• Fluent in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.

• Enjoys working in smaller teams.

• Experience in medical technology or other regulated industries is a strong merit, as well as experience from smaller companies and/or start-ups.
