Are you a licensed nurse with an interest in elderly care and a heartfelt desire to provide security and care to those who need support in their daily lives? Then you have come to the right place!
We at Attendo are now looking for a licensed nurse for our facility Attendo Säteriet in Mölnlycke.
The facility has a total of 60 apartments intended for people over 65 years old, distributed over three floors and six departments. 40 apartments are intended for people with dementia, and 20 apartments are intended for somatic care and support.
About the role As a nurse with us in our facilities, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for the residents, but you will also be the one making assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more specialized healthcare interventions take place in the residence. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. You will have a leading role with great opportunities to influence the operations.
As a nurse within Attendo, you are significant, and your competence is highly valued. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks. You are part of the team working to empower the individual.
Main responsibilities
Medication management
Working in national quality registers
Supervision of nursing staff
Nursing responsibility for patients
Who are you?
As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy supervising and delegating nursing staff in healthcare tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care together with your colleagues for those who live with us.
Qualifications
Licensed nurse
At least three years of professional experience, preferably in elderly care
Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
Driving license B
It is an advantage if you also have
Experience from work in private care operations
Experience in supervision
Education in geriatrics or district nursing.
